Your body speaks much louder than the words that you are saying...

Are you A.W.A.R.E.?

Before the words have even left your lips, the body belies the mind, and there is no second chance at a first impression.

In a world that exists increasingly behind screens, our ability to connect to one another face-to-face is a dying art. When the body accounts for more than 70% of communication - how you learn to listen & express yourself will tell the story of your life.

A.ttention.

  • by observing the body's language, you reclaim your most coveted currency.

  • by embracing the unknown, you enliven your senses.

  • by releasing old tension patterns, you free your form to new discoveries.

  • by listening to the physical, you begin to hear what's left unspoken.

  • by making yourself known without a word, you deepen connection.

When you become A.W.A.R.E. of the mask, you possess the power to transform.
